How to Save Your Own Life--Erica Jong

This novel touches every woman who wants to know more her life during her divorce. It talks about betrayal, trust, being alone and sexual indifference. According to the "Wit and Wisdom of Isadora Wing, as the Amanuensis to the Zeitgeist, while writing her novel in a novel, in saving your own life, she dictated to "have pen, will travel." She wrote the following:
1. Renounce useless guilt.
2. Don't make a cult of suffering.
3. Live in the Now (or at least the Soon).
4. Always do the things you fear the most; courage is an acquired taste, like a caviar.
5. Trust all joy.
6. If the evil eye fixes you in its gaze, look elsewhere.
7. Get ready to be eighty-seven.

           She wrote, "to be continued."
